Dr. Elaina Heard, BCBA-D

Hi I’m Dr. Elaina, the founder and CEO of Neuroverse Academy. I’ve spent over ten years working with applied behavior analysis, a field focused on understanding and improving human behavior. My journey began at The University of Michigan where I studied psychology, and I furthered my education obtaining my MS and PHD in behavior analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

I am passionate about making brain science easy to understand and useful, for everyone. In my role as a behavior analyst, my ultimate goal is to empower families, caregivers, and educators with the knowledge and strategies they need to effectively support individuals with neurodivergence.
